Halloween Weekend.....






Well, we had an eventful weekend....some things good, some things NOT. Friday was fun. We took the little one around the neighborhood to trick-or-treat. There were people everywhere! You just don't see a lot of people doing that anymore, so it was a nice surprise.

Saturday was the eventful one. We had two costume parties to go to that night, so I had to get a haircut. As I was cruising (really fast) into Tomball to get my hair cut, I had a little run in with Johnny Law. That started my day off bad, not to mention a rock hit my windshield on the way there, so now I have to find a windshield repair guy. So after all that, I headed to the Montgomery Co. Fairgrounds for the Conroe Swapmeet. In my search for cool stuff for my '58, I scored a sweet vintage cooler for $15 (see pic). That was exiting! Never found a windshield repair guy though.
For the costume party, I decided to go as the new Joker, so after I got home, I began to put the make up on. Two hours later I was ready to finally put the clothes on. I have never had so much glue on my face before! I honestly don't know how actors can go through all that every day. Michelle was my sexy Snow White, which made me look even more out of place.
So off we went to our parties. I got some strange looks from people in Krogers :)
The parties were fun, and I got to do my regular Karaoke concert. I put a couple pics of that.

Yesterday, we had to go to Michelle's nephew's bday party at Main Event in the Woodlands. So, I go out to my truck to get my sunglasses, and I notice that my windshield has a nice 13" vertical crack right up the center where that rock had hit it! What a way to start THAT day. Just when I think Saturday morning was the worst it could get....go figure. The rest of the day went well, thank GOD.
Hopefully, next weekend will go a little better.

Well, it's been a while since I've been on here.....4 years exactly, but that's what happens when you're busy working.........and raising kids.  So, a lot of stuff has gone on over that past few years.  Grayson is almost in Pre-K and Karleigh is almost in 8th grade :O  She started track this year, and is pretty good at it.  Maybe, this will be her ticket to a scholarship to Texas A&M :D Anyway, we finally went to DisneyWorld this past Christmas break.  Been waiting to do that for a long time now.  I also just recently purchased a sweet all original (in excellent running condition) 1963 Impala that's our new baby.  Can't wait to load up and cruise to the shows! Cherish your life while you can....

Well, today is a bit of a sad day.  A very sweet lady (my sister-in-law's mother Francis Saul) passed away Tuesday evening, and her viewing is tonight with the funeral tomorrow afternoon.  She was a great person with a big heart for everyone - and my green bean wraps :) - so, she will be dearly missed.  R.I.P.
